They found ways around a large number of difficult issues, brought in just the right people for necessary repairs, properly priced the house, and were able to predict exactly how the market would respond over time. In the end, we sold for our asking price. Throughout the process, Kate and Chris went above and beyond - even loaning us tools we needed for some last-minute cleaning when we made our one trip up there to finalize the listing.
